3 Bonus & Promotion Terms

- Wagering requirement: you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.
- Example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳3,000. To withdraw that ৳2,000 bonus, you must complete total wagers of ৳20,000 (2,000 × 10).
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined.
- Bonus funds may not be transferred to any other account.
- Claiming a bonus through fraudulent means may result in account suspension.
- Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being cancelled.
- 36kbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion.
4 Game Rules & Fair Play Policy
36kbd is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:
- Any form of cheating, software manipulation, or system exploitation.
- Attempting to influence outcomes by colluding with other users.
- Using bots, automated scripts, or unauthorised software.

36kbd reserves the right to reclaim any funds or bonuses incorrectly awarded due to a technical error in the system.
5 VIP Program Terms
36kbd's VIP program has five tiers. The weekly cashback benefit for each tier is listed below:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
- Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
- Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
- Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
- Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
VIP tier placement is determined through regular review. 36kbd reserves the right to modify or adjust VIP benefits at any time. VIP points or benefits may not be transferred to another account.
6 Account Suspension & Closure
36kbd may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms.
- Providing false or incomplete information.
- Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
- Suspicion of money laundering or financial crime.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Extended period of inactivity.

7 Intellectual Property & Content Rights
All content on the 36kbd platform — including logos, designs, software, text, graphics, and multimedia elements — is protected under the intellectual property rights of 36kbd or its content licensors.
