About Us — Meet 36kbd

36kbd was built with a simple goal — to create a space for online gamers in Bangladesh where the joy of play, fair rewards, and reliable service come together. This platform was launched with a commitment to respect Bangladesh's gaming culture, support local payment methods, and provide service in the mother tongue.

Online gaming in Bangladesh is growing day by day — interest in cricket betting, slot games, and live casino is on the rise. But many platforms don't understand local needs — they don't offer support in Bengali, don't support Bangladeshi mobile banking, and are slow to respond to players' questions. 36kbd was built with these problems in mind.

Our core belief is that every player deserves equal opportunity and respect. That's why we've ensured fast and easy transactions through bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, so you don't waste time waiting to deposit or withdraw. Deposit from as little as ৳300 and receive withdrawals within 5–30 minutes — that's the speed of 36kbd.

Our team is always by your side. Live chat and email support in both Bengali and English is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Whether it's the night of a cricket match or a holiday — 36kbd's support team is always ready to resolve any issue you have.

36kbd believes that entertainment brings real joy only when it is enjoyed safely and responsibly. That's why we've placed responsible gaming at the centre of our platform. Tools to set limits, take breaks, and seek help when needed are always available to players. Play at 36kbd, but always within your limits.

Our promise is straightforward: the best gaming experience, the highest security, and genuine care for every player in Bangladesh. With SSL encryption and fair play assured, 36kbd aims to be a place you can trust.
